How many children can come to your parties?

Our party sizes are a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16. For a spa party the maximum number is 12.

How long are your parties?

Parties normally last for between one and half to two hours depending on the age and number of guests, hosts are welcome to access the venue 15 minutes before the party start time to organise food and additional, personal decorations.

What products do you use?

All our products are suitable for children, we ask that any known allergies are declared on the party booking form so that we can ensure products are safe for all party goers.

Are your staff qualified and CRB/DBS checked?

Our senior therapist party leader is highly qualified, experienced and CRB checked. All our therapists hold any necessary qualifications and are experienced in making Pamper Parties fun.

Can you accommodate children with special needs?

We would strive to meet the needs of all children and welcome enquiries. It might be possible to tailor some parties to meet individual needs but please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I bring drinks, party food and make teas and coffees?

Yes, we have a dedicated room for this purpose with seating for 16. A fridge is available and complementary teas and coffees are provided for parents of the birthday child.

Can I bring additional decorations and balloons?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue to personalise the party.

Can I take photos and video?

We don’t require you to book expensive photographers; the host is able to decide which photos and videos are taken. For an instant option we can take mini Polaroids for an extra cost per child.

Do you provide party bags?

You are welcome to bring your own party bags although each party does include a special something for guests to take home, see party types for details.

What is the deposit and how do I pay?

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. You can pay by phone or call in.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation will forfeit the deposit, however it may be possible to move your booking and this will be subject to an admin fee. If after you have paid your deposit you need to change the number of children to a lower number than was booked we require a minimum of one weeks notice otherwise the full amount for the number of children booked will be due, this is because we have to book staff in advance. If however the number falls below our minimum of 8 children we will still charge the full amount for the minimum of 8 children. If however you wish to increase the number it is preferable to have a weeks notice however subject to numbers and staff availability we may be able to do so, please call to arrange.

Can other parents stay?

Yes this is possible but in our experience too many adults changes the feel of the party and space is limited. Parents of party guests are welcome to enjoy a treatment in the salon with a 20% discount during the party times subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment on the day.

Which party is most suitable for my child?

We have suggested ages for our party types but as parents you know your child best. Our staff are happy to discuss party types and options with you and answer any questions you may have.
